Another Day in Jernigan's Kangaroo Court

October 28, 2013 was another day of railroading in Judge Jernigan's "court".  On this day, the only lawyer willing to go in front of Judge Jernigan to represent Jeff made an appearance and pleaded with Jernigan to release a fraction of Jeff’s money from his retirement account to pay for legal defense.  This good lawyer spent his own money to fly to Dallas to plead with Judge Jernigan to allow Jeff to have a representation.  In true form, judge Jernigan denied all of his pleas and ordered Jeff proceed without any lawyer.

Further, Judge Jernigan blasted Jeff that he is ordered to comply with the impossible task of obtaining, assembling and producing thousands of files and being forced to answer questions about all of them under penalty of perjury, without the assistance of any lawyer.  When Jeff explained that the task was not possible for any human being to do without assistance of a lawyer, Judge Jernigan thundered Jeff that she would put him in jail until he fully comply with the impossible demands.   

Meanwhile the court is in possession of these files from 2009 when Judge Jernigan had them seized.  She has the files, Jeff does not. 

So to conclude, Jeff is being further setup in this railroad to find and hold him in contempt of court.  There is no way one person without a staff could comply let alone a single person without any legal representation.

News From Today

This case over the years becomes more and more involved with more and more twists and turns.
Now Sherman and Jernigan are selling the domain name, Servers.com, a very valuable property at auction, without authority.

Last time the court held an auction in this case it was a scam.  At the auction, there were 2 anonymous "bidders" who turned out to be one in the same. When the "bidder" was required by law to show up in court, Judge Jernigan had a half hour private (illegal) meeting with the bidder to coach him on what to say.

When the Court of Appeals found out about the auction, they immediately stopped it from happening.
Now, Judge Jernigan is trying to circumvent the superior court by holing another illegal auction.  Once again the highest "bidder" is potentially a shill company in cahoots with the Trustee, who will end up with this valuable property for pennies on the dollar. 

This Judge Jernigan and her posse will not stop their crooked shenanigans.  She believes in her power to be above the law.
