“Super Lawyer” Charla Aldous
The Jeff Baron Story is one that is full of putridness from the Federal judicial system. It is hard to believe that here in America, a person who, because of his genius entrepreneurship, has become a "slave" to the judges and their conniving lawyers. In Jeff’s case, the lawyers found a young man who invented an amazing technology in the early years of the Internet. They discovered that he was worth a lot of money, but vulnerable to predators like Charla Aldous.
Attorney Aldous worked for Jeff a few weeks and quit, before making a ridiculous demand to be paid $7 million for the short time she worked. She threatened Jeff that unless he capitulated to her obscene demand of $7 million, she would “intervene” and wreak havoc on Jeff’s case. Having a family relationship with the Judge Furgeson Aldous’ threat had a powerful punch (Aldous’ partner is Judge Furgeson’s brother in law).
Not surprisingly, Judge Furgeson granted Aldous’ request to “intervene” in Jeff’s lawsuit with a $7 million “claim”, which started the ball rolling to destroy Jeff, his life's work and his diabetes research trust.
